Sr. Project Manager, Potent Facility

Role: Senior Project Manager leading strategic capital projects in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, focusing on delivering innovative medicines, including potent neuroscience products. Responsibilities: oversee all project phases from scope, schedule, and cost to quality and safety; manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors; ensure EHS compliance; implement best-in-class design; mitigate risks; control budgets; lead procurement and contract negotiations; report project performance to senior leadership and regulators; promote innovation and effective communication. Qualifications: BS in Engineering or technical field; 10+ years' experience in engineering, project, or operations leadership within drug manufacturing; extensive expertise in aseptic and sterile drug product technologies, including small volume cytotoxic filling lines and lyophilizers; proven leadership in cross-functional teams; strong negotiation, financial, and change management skills; experience with P&L management. Work setup: site-based with travel to other project locations and design reviews.
