Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering assigned site and inter-site related projects (process improvements, equipment installations, facility upgrades or expansions), ensuring timely delivery within approved scope and budget and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

How you will contribute
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and delivery of projects (process optimizations, facility upgrades, capital expenditures, equipment installations).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira).
- Track milestones and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
- Serve as primary point of contact for project communications; facilitate project meetings.
- Provide status reports including progress, risks, mitigation actions, and key decisions.
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, monitor risks, and adjust as needed; resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with global/local H&S, quality, regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, OSHA, ISO), and SOPs; manage Quality System records (Change Control, Documentation Control) as applicable.
- Maintain audit-ready project documentation (agendas, minutes, action logs, risk registers, spend reports).
- Coordinate resources; lead/mentor teams; manage external vendors/contractors/suppliers.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement; support Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

What you bring
- Essential: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering/Science (or related); 4+ years of relevant project experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Strongly Preferred: PMP (or similar); Lean/Six Sigma experience; Masterโ€™s degree; GxP manufacturing project experience (pharma/medical devices/food & beverage); CapEx project experience; knowledge of global regulatory expectations (e.g., FDA, EMA); experience delivering complex capital projects in GxP environments on time and within budget; knowledge of Waterfall/Agile/Scrum/Lean-Six Sigma; organizational change management; strong stakeholder communication; proficiency with MS Project/Excel/Asana/Jira; excellent English verbal and written communication.

Physical demands & working environment
- Ability to push/lift/pull/carry up to 10 lbs; sedentary work and routine walking.
- 100% on-site; daily interaction with manufacturing and cross-functional teams across two local facilities; occasional travel for vendor/site/project meetings; flexibility for multiple shifts/weekends/overtime as needed.

- Occasional travel to other company locations, vendor sites, or project meetings may be required.
