Role: Senior Project Manager overseeing site-related projects in a biopharma manufacturing environment, including process improvements, equipment installations, and facility upgrades. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (cGMP, OSHA, ISO); manage project scope, schedules, and costs; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders; coordinate resources and external vendors; ensure documentation and adherence to Quality System requirements; promote continuous improvement and apply project management methodologies like Agile and Lean Six Sigma. Requirements: Bachelorβs in Engineering, Science, or related, with 4+ years of relevant manufacturing or engineering project experience. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean/Six Sigma, Masterβs degree, experience managing GxP capital projects, and familiarity with FDA/EMA regulations. Skills: strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, digital project tools (MS Project, JIRA), and effective communication.
