Sr. Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager leading capital projects with a focus on project governance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational effectiveness within biopharma or related industries. Responsibilities: develop and implement project frameworks, manage portfolio processes, lead governance meetings, coordinate with client leadership, oversee project execution, and facilitate communication among stakeholders; manage project risks, monitor performance, and ensure successful project delivery including startup and handover activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related; 8–14 years of experience managing large-scale capital projects, preferably in petrochemical, chemical, or industrial sectors, with experience in construction, commissioning, and turnover of facility systems. Preferred skills include familiarity with pharmaceutical or GMP environments, project controls, BIM/CDE, and Autodesk platforms. High-Value: managing complex capital projects, stakeholder engagement at executive level, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and experience supporting construction in regulated environments. Work setup involves travel up to 100% and operating across multiple client sites. The role demands strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and ProCore.
