Sr. Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager leading large-scale capital projects within a biopharma or GMP-regulated environment, focusing on project governance, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities: develop and implement project frameworks, oversee portfolio management, lead governance and executive meetings, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage project documentation, and ensure successful project delivery, including startup and turnover activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 8–14 years of experience managing complex industrial capital projects, preferably in pharma, biotech, or life sciences sectors; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and construction management platforms. Preferred qualifications include experience in GMP environments, biotech or pharmaceutical facilities, BIM/CDE systems, and project controls processes. High-Value: focus on capital projects supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing or biotech facilities, including commissioning, qualification, and operational readiness. Work setup involves travel up to 100% to client sites, with an emphasis on organizational change leadership and stakeholder management.
