Sr. Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager leading strategic capital projects in biopharma or related industrial sectors, focusing on project governance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: develop and implement project governance frameworks, oversee portfolio management, lead governance meetings, and manage risk and performance metrics. Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, coordinating technical review and project execution activities, including startup, commissioning, and turnover of manufacturing or lab facilities. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related; 8-14 years of experience managing large-scale capital projects, preferably in GMP-regulated environments like pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing. Skills include strong communication, proficiency with project management platforms, and experience in construction, commissioning, and technical documentation review. High-Value: experience supporting biopharma manufacturing facilities, GMP compliance, project management within regulated environments, and familiarity with construction and design review platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, or MS Project. Work Setup: potential for up to 100% travel to client sites; physical demands include site visits and coordination across multiple disciplines.
