Sr Project Manager

Role: Senior Manager, Project Management supporting CMC activities within a biotech focused on rare diseases, responsible for cross-functional planning, risk management, and resource coordination. Responsibilities include organizing CMC/QA team efforts, managing CDMO collaborations to align manufacturing with clinical and commercial timelines, overseeing regulatory document drafting and QC processes, and contributing to long-term planning and vendor contract management. Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field; 10+ years of biotech/pharma project management experience; strong organizational, strategic thinking, and multitasking skills; experience in drug development environments. High-Value: supporting biologics or small molecules in early to late-stage development, with a focus on CMC, regulatory submissions, and vendor oversight. Work setup: hybrid in San Francisco, with less than 10% travel.
