Role Summary

Senior Program Manager, Network MTST within MedTech Surgery, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson family company. Leads strategic programs and projects in the WCH Supply Chain Network, coordinating supply chain and network aspects of a transformation program and driving initiatives across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead strategic programs and projects within WCH Supply Chain with multi-site impact
  • Operate within Network Optimization efforts to enable capacity implementation and growth at multiple sites
  • Develop and execute transformation programs; partner with Marketing, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to achieve business objectives
  • Provide governance through prioritization and resource allocation to achieve strategic goals
  • Lead or support project case development, CAPEX approval/management, project plan design and execution
  • Establish governance processes to advance strategy
  • Manage cross-functional, multi-site teams to deliver project goals
  • Identify project ideas, team composition, execution plans and manufacturing handoffs as needed
  • Provide global operations leadership to assigned network and transformation projects
  • Develop operations strategy and execute project plans through hand-off to manufacturing sites
  • Build and mentor cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with product transfers, product/process/equipment implementation
  • Track progress of deliverables and establish program metrics
  • Present business issues or opportunities to management
  • Ensure personal and Company compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; engineering/science or related field preferred. Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in organizational change and project management; ability to drive alignment in a global environment
  • Experience in healthcare industry (business or technical role)
  • Ability to align financial goals with customer-centric decision making
  • Ability to lead teams effectively in global settings; strong communication and influencing skills
  • Project Management Mastery; experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience building and implementing business strategies
  • Ability to manage data in project/financial management

Preferred

  • Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and/or Biologics experience
  • People management experience
  • Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification
  • Financial analytical experience

Other

  • Up to 15% travel (domestic and/or international)
  • Reports to WCH Director of Network and Strategy
