About The Role
Lead drug development teams with the Program Lead to develop cross-functional program strategy and long range plans from pre-clinical development through regulatory approval and commercialization. Drive team alignment in execution of the program plan, managing stakeholders, schedule, risks/issues, budget, resources, and governance. Manage program reporting; escalate risks/issues and highlight team successes. Partner with stakeholders across research, CMC, pre-clinical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions to align on strategy, goals, timelines, and resources.

Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To)
- Partner with Program Lead to manage development and execution of program strategy
- Establish and maintain integrated program schedules; identify critical path and resource constraints
- Assess program risk; support mitigation planning and tracking
- Lead scenario planning for differing outcomes at key milestones
- Identify inter-dependencies and advise on risks or opportunities to accelerate development
- Challenge assumptions constructively; improve outcomes and processes
- Drive clarity and alignment in complex environments; facilitate/document cross-functional decisions
- Develop relationships with functional stakeholder leadership; serve as a Program Management expert
- Introduce new tools/processes and support department goals
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- BS/BA in Life Sciences + 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech program management (early and late phase; IND/CTA, NDA/MAA) OR Master’s + 6+ years OR PhD + 4+ years
- PMP certification highly desired
- Ability to build trust/influence without authority; challenge thinking
- Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in ambiguity
- Strong operational efficiency/continuous improvement; leadership presence
- Knowledge of drug development process and functional inter-dependencies
- Experience as PM on early/late-phase global programs (e.g., IND/CTA, NDA/MAA, pediatric development, rare diseases)
- Manage conflict, drive consensus, manage objectives/timelines/budgets; provide status updates
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Project, or other PM software
