Sr. Program Manager

Role: Program Manager within 10X R&D, leading cross-functional teams in developing innovative biological research instruments and consumables. Objectives: define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget; ensure successful product development from early research to late-stage implementation. Responsibilities: partner with technical leads to prioritize and adjust projects, drive day-to-day program execution using advanced AI tools, lead communication efforts, and optimize workflows. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher in life sciences or biomedical engineering; 5+ years in product/technology development at a life sciences company, with at least 2 years as lead program manager; experience managing programs across research and development stages; strong stakeholder engagement skills; proficiency with AI tools like Claude or Asana AI; effective technical communication; solid project management skills.
