Sr. Program Director

Role: Senior Project Manager leading large-scale capital projects (>$1BN) within Lilly’s Global Facilities Delivery organization, focusing on medical manufacturing assets. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design through operational qualification; manage multi-disciplinary teams including external contractors; ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance; develop safety/environmental plans; facilitate stakeholder communication and issue resolution across regional sites. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; 15+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing capital projects, with prior management of greenfield projects; willingness to relocate/travel. Preferred: experience on projects of ~$1BN, pharma manufacturing expertise (e.g., sterile, API, packaging); PMP or PE certifications; familiarity with GMP, LEAN, automation, construction quality, project controls; experience working internationally; strong leadership, judgment, and communication skills.
