Sr Production Maintenance Technician

Role: Senior Production Maintenance Technician responsible for predictive and preventive maintenance of biopharma production equipment, including fermenters, centrifuges, autoclaves, and utility systems, to ensure operational reliability and GMP compliance. Responsibilities: perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, support GMP and non-GMP systems, document work in SAP per GDP, respond to emergency alarms, and support site operations such as landscaping and pest control; participate in continuous improvement and 6-S initiatives. Qualifications: minimum 6 years of maintenance experience, 2-year vocational certification or equivalent, ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with critical utilities (e.g., water systems, clean steam), and computer proficiency. Preferred: prior cGMP industry experience, aptitude with building automation and maintenance documentation.
