Sr. Product Manager, Life Cycle Management - Xenium Platform

Role: Senior Product Manager, Life Cycle Management for the Xenium in situ platform, focused on overseeing install base health, performance, and growth. Responsibilities: develop lifecycle strategies, act as customer advocate, coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and support teams to resolve issues, manage product updates and communication, oversee supply/demand planning, and track key KPIs such as revenue and install-base health. Requirements: BS in life sciences, 6+ years in life sciences marketing or customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, experience in market research and product requirements. Preferred: experience with spatial transcriptomics, spatial proteomics, imaging platforms, and managing capital instrument installed bases; proficiency in genomics and NGS technologies; ability to influence cross-functionally.
