Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Product Designer to join our Digital Innovation Team reporting to the Executive Director, Product & Design. In this role, you’ll help craft intuitive, elegant digital experiences across our consumer- and physician-facing platforms. You’ll own the end-to-end design process — from discovery and research to interaction design, visual polish, and design system stewardship. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure our digital products are not only functional but delightful.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…

• Lead product discovery efforts with PMs, conducting user research and usability testing (Maze, usertesting.com, interviews, and ad boards).
• Design user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma.
• Working alongside product managers to understand the requirements and create experiences.
• Engage with a cross-disciplinary team to contribute to the conceptualization, design, and specification of innovative consumer and customer digital products.
• Create and present design explorations/mockups, both low and high fidelity, with fast turnaround and iterate quickly to visualize and evolve design solutions.
• Distill complex concepts and quickly turn around rigorous flows, mockups, prototypes, and presentation decks reflecting a range of simple, elegant, and technically feasible designs.
• Collaborate with other products, interaction, UX designers, and researchers to come up with the best solutions for our customers and consumers.
• Collaborate with engineers to validate feasibility, provide assets, and ensure high-quality delivery, including prototyping activities with visual design mockups/assets to capture and identify product design-related bugs, including resolution of UX design inconsistencies, incorrect or missing graphic resources, etc.
• Drive the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Champion accessibility, usability, UX, and inclusive design across all products.
• Be prepared to quickly grow into increased responsibility and autonomy as you demonstrate skills and reliability
• Office Location - Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
• Travel required up to 5%
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Skills You’ll Bring To The Team…

• BA/BS Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, User Interface Design, Architecture Design, Video Game Design, a design bootcamp certification, and/or equivalent experience in the industry.
• 5+ years of experience designing B2B or B2C digital products, ideally across web and mobile.
• Strong expertise in Figma (required) and experience with design systems.
• Experience in UX, UI / Visual design, and development, shipping products, and developing strong visual design concept work.
• An online portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (research, UX, UI, interaction, and visual design).
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, interaction patterns, and contemporary design trends.
• Strive to produce sophisticated designs, layouts, and typography.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite of applications.
• Ability to act independently and be resourceful in the approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects simultaneously when required.
• Highly motivated with strong desire and track record of setting goals & surpassing them.
• Proficiency in all standard Office computer programs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Compensation & Total Rewards

This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $161,000 to $185,000. You are eligible for a sales incentive compensation terms and conditions apply.

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
