Role: Process Engineering support for bioprocess manufacturing of API within clinical trials, primarily focusing on equipment performance, process optimization, and technology transfer activities. Responsibilities: monitor equipment and process metrics, lead technical transfer of new processes, implement continuous improvement initiatives, support equipment qualification and validation, troubleshoot issues, and develop operational training. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering; 3+ years supporting GMP manufacturing environments. Preferred: experience with change and deviation management, root cause analysis, pharma-specific systems (e.g., UNICORN, DeltaV), and familiarity with industrial computer systems. HighValue: biopharma (API for clinical trial use), support for GMP operations, technology transfer, equipment qualification, process optimization, and compliance with HSE and quality standards.
