Role: Process Development Scientist focused on developing and scaling IVD reagent manufacturing processes for biomarker detection technologies. Responsibilities: design experiments, advance process characterization and scale-up, collaborate with R&D, Technical Operations, and Quality teams to develop formulation, filling, packaging, and analytical methods; support continuous improvement and supplier relations; document processes in regulated environments. Requirements: BS with 6+ years, MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or engineering; experience in biomolecule diagnostics, process development, and manufacturing operations; strong cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills.
