Sr. Principle, SAP Sales and Distribution

Role: Senior Principal / Architect for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) at Alcon, focusing on end-to-end Order-to-Invoice processes within a global SAP S/4HANA environment. Responsibilities: lead requirements gathering, solution design, and hands-on SAP SD configuration—including order management, pricing, billing, rebate management, and integration with eCommerce and external systems; support global template adoption, S/4HANA conversion, and Q2C transformation initiatives; ensure compliance with local tax, legal, and export requirements; support testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10-15 years SAP SD functional consulting experience, including 7+ years in complex, global Order-to-Cash environments; demonstrated leadership in SAP SD solution delivery, integration with FI/CO, MM, logistics modules, and experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations; strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: SAP S/4HANA SD certification, advanced degrees (MBA, MIS), experience in regulated medical device/contact lens industry with GxP, CSA+, and SOX.
