Role: Senior scientific leader as Nonclinical Drug Safety (NDS) Therapeutic Area Leader for Immunology, overseeing nonclinical development, risk assessments, and regulatory strategies within the immunology space. Responsibilities: develop and deliver nonclinical strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams (discovery, clinical, CMC), mentor leaders, influence global safety considerations, and contribute to external scientific and regulatory reputation. Requirements: PhD, DVM, or MD with 12+ years in toxicology, immunology, or related fields; deep expertise in nonclinical drug development, regulatory processes, GLP, and risk assessments; proven leadership and collaboration skills. Preferred: immunology/immuno-oncology experience, leadership in programs progressing to BLA/WMA, external scientific contributions. High-Value: immunology focus, cross-phase drug development, global regulatory engagement, leadership in risk assessment and scientific oversight. Work setup: hybrid; travel approximately 10%.
