Sr. Principal Engineer, Tech Transfer

Role: Lead formulation and process development from early to late-stage drug development, with oversight of scale-up, validation, and technology transfer. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategies for drug product formulation and manufacturing, ensure regulatory compliance, guide CMC teams, oversee external vendor partnerships, and drive innovation in manufacturing technologies. Serve as a technical expert, influencing program directions, risk assessments, and lifecycle management, while mentoring staff and representing the organization externally. Requirements: BA/BS in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field with 10+ years industry experience, or Master's/PhD with 8+ or 6+ years respectively; extensive experience in pharmaceutical development, CMC, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional leadership.
