Sr. Principal Engineer - Bioprocess

Role: Senior Principal Bioprocess Engineer supporting the startup and operation of Lilly's new monoclonal antibody manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include providing process engineering support during facility start-up—covering design reviews, process safety, User Requirements, qualification, and tech transfer—and supporting ongoing GMP manufacturing operations through process troubleshooting, continuous improvement, equipment performance monitoring, and safety assurance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Process, Chemical, or Biochemical Engineering; 7+ years in pharma manufacturing, preferably monoclonal antibodies; demonstrated expertise in bioprocess engineering, process validation, and GMP compliance. Preferred: deep technical knowledge of antibody bioprocessing, strong analytical skills, initiative to improve processes, and ability to mentor teams.
