Role: Senior Principal Automation Engineer leading the design, delivery, and startup of DeltaV DCS platform for Lilly's new monoclonal antibody manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities: oversee automation system design, collaborate with engineering, A&E firms, and system integrators; develop requirements, manage software testing and qualification; support GMP operations post-startup; develop site procedures, team capabilities, and safety culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s in engineering or related field; 5+ years in Process Automation with DeltaV experience; 5+ years in manufacturing support; authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
