Sr. Principal Chemist

Role: Laboratory Technical Specialist in chemical and device testing supporting Lilly's quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: provide analytical support, lead transfer and validation of analytical methods for marketed products, ensure adherence to Lilly Global Quality Standards and data integrity, support Lean Lab initiatives, and interact with global Quality Labs and auditors. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in science or engineering, GMP laboratory experience with analytical testing, method transfer, validation, and familiarity with chromatography systems (LC, Empower, LabVantage LIMS). Preferred: experience with data analysis software, training and mentoring skills, and understanding of regulatory requirements.
