Sr Principal Biostatistician, WCH

Role: Senior Principal Biostatistician supporting late-stage nephrology programs or early development in new indications, providing statistical expertise across study design, analysis, and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: lead statistical input in protocol development, analysis plans, and study reports; collaborate with cross-functional teams; ensure data integrity; interpret results; and contribute to process improvements and mentorship. Requirements: PhD in Biostatistics or related field; 3+ years in pharma/biotech industry; proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS); strong understanding of clinical trial methodology and regulatory guidelines; effective communicator. Preferred: experience with late-phase trials, regulatory submissions, and nephrology or immunology. High-value specifics: focus on late-stage clinical development, handling complex statistical analyses, and liaising with clinical teams in nephrology. Location: ideally based in San Francisco, CA.
