Responsibilities
- Managing site quality projects to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements
- Supporting cross-functional teams
- Acting as a subject matter expert in continuous improvement and audits
- Leading initiatives like RCA and FMEA
- Coaching teams in Lean tools
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of biopharmaceutical technical/quality experience in GMP manufacturing
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma
