This role partners with the Compliance Leader to provide technical leadership for quality improvement and inspection readiness at the Lilly Medicine Foundry. Responsibilities include managing site quality projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements, and preparing for internal and self-inspections.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/quality experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably in GMP manufacturing
- Experience with quality continuous improvement processes, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence
