Sr. Principal Associate – Environmental

Role: Senior Principal Associate – Environmental at Lilly, leading environmental compliance and program development for a new API bioconjugates and monoclonal antibodies manufacturing site. Responsibilities: develop and implement environmental readiness plans, oversee site permitting, partner in design and startup phases, and ensure regulatory compliance; lead cross-functional collaboration to embed environmental standards into operations; monitor and interpret regulations, conduct assessments, and support incident investigations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in environmental/chemical engineering, chemistry, or related field; minimum 5 years' experience in chemical manufacturing or GMP environment; expertise in environmental regulations and programs; experience working with regulatory agencies.
