Own process control strategies, risk assessments, and continued process verification. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify performance trends and drive process improvements. Lead production investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and own validation reports. Provide technical analysis for impact assessments. Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements. Share operational learnings.
Requirements
- MSc or BSc in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering
- 12+ years of experience
- Familiarity with cell therapy and cGMPs
- Strong data analysis skills
