Sr. Prevention Specialist (HIV Prevention)
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Gilead products/services to a defined customer base; achieve/exceed sales targets within a geographic territory via an account management approach.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers; deliver timely disease awareness, clinical updates, and education.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan; monitor sales progress and adjust strategy.
- Maintain expertise in products, competitive products, and disease state; promote appropriate product use.
- Partner internally with local cross-functional colleagues and externally with healthcare organizations/partner companies to enhance product reach and drive sales.
- Use influencing/relationship skills to drive sales; perform required administrative/reporting tasks and manage territory budget.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years with BS/BA OR 4+ years with MS/MA.
- Ability to travel as required; onsite visitation as applicable.
- Valid driverβs license.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS; 5+ years healthcare/pharma/biotech sales.
- Superior selling skills in competitive markets; track record meeting/exceeding objectives (specialty markets preferred).
- Experience with injectable physician-administered products; managed care familiarity.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Salary range: $133,195.00β$172,370.00; may include discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life.
