Sr. Prevention Specialist (HIV Prevention)
Territory: Rhode Island/Cape Cod (all of Rhode Island, Cape Cod, Fall River, Weymouth, New Bedford, Plymouth).
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with healthcare providers; engage across touchpoints.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan; monitor progress and adjust to exceed sales targets.
- Maintain expertise in products, competitive products, and disease-state complexities.
- Promote appropriate use of products to healthcare professionals.
- Partner with local cross-functional colleagues and collaborate externally with healthcare organizations and partners (including co-promotion).
- Use influencing/relationship skills to drive sales; build long-term provider partnerships.
- Complete required administrative tasks (reporting, expenses, territory budget).
- Continuous learning of technical/scientific product information; self-motivated to exceed goals.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years with BS/BA OR 4+ years with MS/MA.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Ability to travel and meet onsite visitation requirements as applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS; 5+ years pharma/biotech/healthcare sales.
- Superior selling skills; proven sales success (specialty markets preferred).
- Experience with injectable physician-administered products; managed care landscape familiarity.
Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $133,195β$172,370; may include discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
