Sr. Prevention Specialist (Boston North territory)
Responsibilities
- Represent Gilead products/services to a defined customer base; generate/grow sales by consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets in the assigned geography.
- Use comprehensive account management: in-person representation, face-to-face meetings, and strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers; deliver disease awareness, clinical updates, and tailored education.
- Maintain product and disease-state expertise; promote appropriate product use consistent with applicable promotional guidelines.
- Partner with local cross-functional teams; collaborate with external healthcare organizations/partner companies to enhance reach.
- Leverage influencing/relationship skills; perform required administrative/reporting; manage territory budget.
Skills & Qualifications (Required)
- 6+ years with BS/BA OR 4+ years with MS/MA.
- Advanced communication skills to convey complex clinical information.
- Sales acumen with a track record of achieving/exceeding targets in a competitive pharmaceutical environment.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned area; meet onsite visitation requirements if applicable.
- Valid driverβs license.
Preferred
- BA/BS; 5+ years pharma/biotech/healthcare sales.
- Superior selling skills in competitive markets; specialty market success.
- Experience selling injectable physician-administered products; managed care familiarity.
Benefits/Pay (as stated)
- Salary range: $133,195.00β$172,370.00; may be eligible for annual bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
