Sr. National Training Manager – Patient Services Access Team

Role: National Training Manager (NTM) supporting Access and Reimbursement training within the Oncology Field Reimbursement Manager organization. Responsibilities: design, develop, and deliver compliant training solutions; build stakeholder relationships; leverage learning platforms; provide feedback and coaching to enhance participant performance; develop regional trainers; lead cross-functional initiatives; mentor peers; integrate business strategies into training activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in pharmaceutical field roles such as Account Executive or Field Reimbursement Manager with extensive access and reimbursement knowledge, or comparable training experience; understanding of adult learning principles; proficiency in critical learning platforms (PowerPoint, Rise, Articulate, iSpring); demonstrated project leadership with regional/national impact; strong stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: experience with LMS, oncology sales or access roles, AI principles, health sciences, market access, or account management.
