Sr Mgr, Supply Chain Development Leader

Role: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Development Leader responsible for designing and executing global supply chain strategies to enable successful commercialization of innovative therapies. Key responsibilities include defining end-to-end supply chain plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with commercial goals, building scalable and resilient models, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness. The role involves managing risks, driving operational excellence, leveraging digital tools for data-driven decision-making, and fostering organizational capability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in supply chain management, with experience in global pharmaceutical or biotech supply chains, regulatory compliance, and cross-regional leadership. Preferred experience in complex global product launches, digital transformation, and using portfolio management tools. High-value specifics: Focus on innovative medicines, global product launch execution, cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, and CMC. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. The role is hybrid/onsite in Horsham, PA, or Titusville, NJ, with a focus on shaping supply chain capabilities for new therapies to maximize launch success and long-term value.
