Sr Mgr, Supply Chain Development Leader

Role: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Development Leader overseeing global end-to-end supply chain strategies for innovative therapies at Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Objectives include enabling successful worldwide product commercialization, optimizing supply chain design for scalability and resilience, and supporting launch excellence. Responsibilities encompass defining launch strategies across manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and financial flows; leading cross-functional teams and external partners; ensuring regulatory compliance; deploying standardized processes and digital tools; managing risks and investments; and building organizational capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (MBA/Master's) preferred; at least 8 years of progressive leadership with 5+ years in supply chain management, including global cross-region experience; demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex product launches within the pharmaceutical industry, with deep understanding of global pharma supply chains, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks. Preferred: experience in launching complex therapies, strong business acumen, digital technology adoption, and project management skills. High-value specifics include global pharmaceutical supply chain expertise, new product launch leadership, and familiarity with portfolio management tools. Work setup: hybrid role based in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ, with up to 10% international/domestic travel.
