Role summary
- Shapes and drives enterprise-wide enablement of the Quality & Compliance (Q&C) strategy to ensure priorities are understood, owned, and operationalized across the organization.

Key responsibilities
- Q&C Strategic content and narrative creation: develop/maintain Q&C narratives and presentations; amplify impact stories/success examples; identify internal/external forums and shape narratives; manage vendor relationships for design/visualization/video production/event management/executive narratives; steward enterprise narrative and translate strategy into direction aligned to operating reality and leadership decisions; identify moments for narrative intervention to accelerate alignment/execution.
- Q&C organizational engagement: lead organization-wide engagement and narrative implementation of Q&C initiatives; design engagement strategies and craft narratives to educate/align/mobilize leaders/teams; define and maintain engagement channels/cadence (e.g., Viva Engage; J&J internal stories/videos; external stakeholders).
- CQO / Q&C leadership engagement support: plan/promote/facilitate engagement events (Townhalls, site visits, Quality Month); develop content for presentations/speeches/written materials; serve as thought partner to architect leadership engagements and executive-level narratives anticipating strategic/regulatory inflection points.
- Effectiveness & continuous improvement: establish engagement metrics/reporting; pilot efficiencies using digital/AI; create templates/playbooks; support other team deliverables as needed.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years in consulting, internal strategy, and/or corporate communications with progression.
- Proven enterprise messaging/narratives/employee engagement campaign experience.
- Excellent communication and executive-ready storytelling/materials.
- Deep vendor landscape knowledge for engagement production.
- Experience implementing digital/analytics/AI enablement.
- Experience partnering with VP+ senior leaders.
- Advanced PowerPoint/Excel/Viva Engage and related tools.

Preferred:
- Strong project/program management for engagement/narrative campaigns.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
- Intellectual curiosity and collaborative mindset.
