Product Management - Senior Manager (Sleepy Hollow, NY)

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc is seeking a Product Management - Senior Manager (Sleepy Hollow, NY) to lead the overall delivery for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and associated boundary applications. Lead the Managed Services Provider in providing technical and functional support for the Workday HCM solution. Oversee ongoing delivery of the Workday HCM solution and associated boundary applications. Work with other delivery teams for ongoing support of integrations between Workday and Oracle eBS and to other satellite systems. Own the escalation process and activities to drive resolution for major incidents, effectively communicating and ensuring completion of post incident review (root cause analysis). Ensure methodologies and procedures are in place to support service delivery and compliant with SOX requirements. Co-ordinate activities with other IT teams and their Managed Service Providers (e.g. SSO issues). Ensure effective monitoring of service by generating daily, weekly, monthly metrics for incidents, service requests and changes to the Workday solution. Provide regular and accurate management reporting on IT Service performance. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. 5% domestic travel and 5% international travel required.

SALARY RANGE: $219,440.00 per year

Job Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field. Must have experience with:

• Implementing and supporting Workday HCM applications;
• Boomi platform, Microsoft BizTalk server– developing and supporting integrations;
• Workday Recruiting;
• Workday Composite Reports;
• Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation;
• Workday Extend applications – development and support;
• Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio;
• BIRT layout for Advanced Compensation Reporting;
• Helping to resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday and Boomi solution;
• Managing third party payroll systems using PECI and PICOF full stack integrations;
• Managing third party benefit applications using Workday integrations;
• Leading external delivery teams (managed service provider);
• Working with Product teams to ensure that solutions are appropriately prioritized, implemented and transitioned efficiently to the Delivery team;
• Working closely with the business and the Product Management team to effectively prioritize new features, enhancements, new releases for the Workday HCM solution and associated boundary applications;
• Working in an Agile delivery mode using Agile to manage delivery;
• Managing applications using Microsoft BizTalk server.

5% domestic travel and 5% international travel required.
