Product Management - Senior Manager (Sleepy Hollow, NY)
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc is seeking a Product Management - Senior Manager (Sleepy Hollow, NY) to lead the overall delivery for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and associated boundary applications. Lead the Managed Services Provider in providing technical and functional support for the Workday HCM solution. Oversee ongoing delivery of the Workday HCM solution and associated boundary applications. Work with other delivery teams for ongoing support of integrations between Workday and Oracle eBS and to other satellite systems. Own the escalation process and activities to drive resolution for major incidents, effectively communicating and ensuring completion of post incident review (root cause analysis). Ensure methodologies and procedures are in place to support service delivery and compliant with SOX requirements. Co-ordinate activities with other IT teams and their Managed Service Providers (e.g. SSO issues). Ensure effective monitoring of service by generating daily, weekly, monthly metrics for incidents, service requests and changes to the Workday solution. Provide regular and accurate management reporting on IT Service performance. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. 5% domestic travel and 5% international travel required.
SALARY RANGE: $219,440.00 per year
Requires a Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field. Must have experience with:
