Sr Mgr Global Procurement- Lab Consumables

Role: Senior Manager of Global Procurement for Lab Consumables supporting Regeneron's research and pre-clinical development. Responsibilities: develop and execute global category strategy, lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate supplier agreements, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings and efficiency improvements within the Lab Consumables category. Collaborates with procurement leadership and cross-functional teams, leveraging market intelligence and data analytics tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in pharma/biotech; expertise in global category management, supplier negotiations, and contracting; experience with sourcing platforms (e.g., Oracle, Ariba) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Preferred: experience with inventory management technologies such as RFID, QR codes, VMI solutions.
