Sr. Mgr/Assoc Dir, Commercial Manufacturing Operations

Role: Key account manager overseeing drug product manufacturing at CMOs for BridgeBio's Ecaleret program (Calcilytix Therapeutics). Responsibilities: manage daily manufacturing activities, technical transfer, batch documentation review, deviation investigations, and process improvements; serve as primary technical contact between Calcilytix and CMOs. Requirements: BS/MS in Life Sciences or Engineering; 5-7 years in commercial small molecule solid oral dose manufacturing, with CMO management or plant experience; strong understanding of formulation development, process validation, and cGMP regulations; ability to lead cross-functional projects and interface effectively with internal teams.
