Sr. MES Engineer

Role: Sr. MES Engineer supporting manufacturing operations at Legend Biotech's Raritan site, focusing on development, deployment, and optimization of electronic batch records (EBRs) within MES (PAS-X) systems for cell therapy production. Responsibilities: lead EBR design, validation, and system improvements; coordinate with cross-functional teams (Tech Support, Process Improvement, QA, IT); ensure timely implementation and regulatory readiness; serve as MES SME for CAR-T and other initiatives; develop SOPs and documentation, and support system qualification activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s in engineering or related field; 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in cell/gene therapy cGMP manufacturing; strong technical expertise in MES systems, Change Control, validation, and system upgrades; proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication skills.
