Territory: WEST (CA, AZ, NM, TX, NV, UT, CO, OR, ID, WY, WA, MT)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory strategic/tactical plan aligned to medical needs.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders to increase scientific/clinical knowledge and support disease awareness and (as applicable) product acceptance.
- Support commercial and HQ integration via 1:1 interactions, small group discussions, and presentations.
- Drive clinical trial execution at study sites in collaboration with cross-functional teams (site identification/evaluation/training, recruitment, Investigatorβs Meetings participation).
- Document and communicate field medical insights to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a reliable, up-to-date medical/scientific resource.
- Build technical/clinical expertise and enable external scientific discourse through collaboration with R&D.
- Support scientific congress/advisory board staffing and internal training.
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize product strategy alignment and provide medical input/clinical education.
- Plan/attend select national/regional scientific meetings; summarize key findings; respond timely to unsolicited medical information requests.
Qualifications (Required):
- MD, PharmD, PhD, DO, NP, PA, MS-CGC (or other advanced degree) + 3+ years relevant industry/field medical/clinical experience (preferably 1β3+ years MSL).
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with Thought Leaders/healthcare professionals.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration; strong compliance/ethics.
- Drive, passion, focus; ability to multi-task and adapt.
- Travel up to 75%.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Cardiology, Rheumatology, or Immunology experience.
- Biologic immunotherapy experience.
- Rare diseases and orphan drug launch experience.
Geographic Need: Preferably live in California or Texas (West region listed above).
Pay Range: $205,000β$250,000 USD.
