Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology, based in Ohio (Cleveland or Columbus preferred). Objectives: Serve as a scientific expert on Johnson & Johnson's innovative immunology products, supporting medical engagement and advancing territory-specific medical strategies. Responsibilities: Develop and execute scientific engagement plans; foster relationships with KOLs and HCPs; provide evidence-based scientific education; stay abreast of emerging data and treatment trends; support investigator-initiated studies; communicate complex clinical data effectively; gather and share actionable insights; collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations; ensure compliance with regulations and policies; utilize AI tools for decision-making and process improvement; and maintain detailed administrative documentation. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably as an MSL, with a strong background in immunology or related therapeutic areas; ability to travel up to 70%; valid US driver’s license preferred. Preferred: Residency/fellowship; familiarity with Microsoft Office and remote tech; located in major metro areas like Cleveland or Columbus; interest in emerging technologies such as AI. High-Value: Focus on immunological disorders, clinical or research experience, post-graduate training, and cross-functional collaboration across medical, research, and commercial teams while adhering to compliance standards.
