Sr. Medical Science Liaison II

Role: Field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supporting Replimune’s oncology portfolio, focusing on building relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical sites, and internal teams to advance clinical development and scientific exchange. Responsibilities include engaging with thought leaders, supporting investigator-sponsored studies, disseminating competitive intelligence, educating healthcare professionals on R&D projects, and representing Replimune at major oncology conferences. The role also involves mentoring junior MSLs, leading strategic initiatives within the team, and contributing to medical education activities. Requirements: Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) preferred; 3-5 years MSL experience in oncology or related therapeutic area; clinical patient care experience beneficial; strong leadership, project management, scientific communication, and relationship-building skills. High-value specifics: oncology focus, immunotherapy/oncology products, clinical stage development, and extensive travel. The position demands a deep understanding of cancer immunology, drug development processes, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Compensation range: $217,000-$281,000 base, with additional incentives, equity, and benefits. Work setup: field-based with significant travel.
