Sr. Medical Director, Clinical Development

Role: Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development, leading medical oversight for CAR T-cell therapy clinical trials targeting autoimmune diseases. Responsibilities: oversee study design, execution, and data interpretation; partner cross-functionally on clinical strategy; lead medical monitoring activities; engage with investigators and thought leaders; contribute to clinical development plans, protocols, and regulatory submissions; analyze safety, efficacy, PK, and biomarker data; support external collaborations and investigator-sponsored research. Requirements: medical degree (MD or equivalent); experience in clinical development of cell therapies or immunology, preferably with autoimmune indications; prior leadership in clinical trials, data analysis, and regulatory submissions. High-Value: CAR T-cell therapy, autoimmune diseases, clinical stage development, remote work flexibility, travel up to 15% for conferences and site visits. Reports to SVP, Clinical Development & Medical Affairs; salary range $330K–$370K plus bonus, benefits, and stock options.
