Sr. Marketing Specialist (Jeuveau)
Responsibilities:
- Execute promotional programs and campaigns aligned with brand strategy
- Manage promotional timelines, asset delivery, and cross-functional coordination
- Manage production, inventory, and distribution of promotional materials
- Lead production, logistics, and distribution of in-office collateral
- Develop creative briefs and manage legal/regulatory/medical review and approvals to ensure compliance and launch timelines
- Manage vendor relationships for timely, cost-efficient delivery
- Maintain operational oversight for compliance and accuracy
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and spend reconciliation
- Develop and manage Jeuveau communications to the sales force (campaign updates and materials distribution)
- Ensure communications are clear, actionable, and aligned with brand messaging
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
- Experience in medical aesthetics (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively
- Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Other:
- Hybrid: Newport Beach (Tuesday–Thursday onsite)
- Reports to Director, Jeuveau Marketing
- Travel up to 20%
Compensation/Benefits:
- Expected pay range: $104,700–$125,000
