Role Summary
Sr Marketing Manager, Strategic Initiatives, OTTAVA (Chief of Staff) within the Robotics & Digital Solutions organization. Based in Santa Clara, CA. This role requires strategic leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive key objectives against the business strategy, reporting to the OTTAVA platform president.
Responsibilities
- Serving as a trusted advisor to the OTTAVA Operating Committee (OOC). Translate big ideas into tangible outcomes in partnership with OOC members.
- Anticipate needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support OOC governance and decision-making.
- Partner with OOC members to improve ways of working and collaborate across multiple functions to execute on OOC priorities.
- Support and partner with Global Strategic Marketing; compile data and trends analysis to inform recommendations and state-of-the-business presentations; assist with research, background information, and content creation for presentations.
- Shape OOC strategic agendas to focus on key priorities, evolve meeting cadence and structure to drive efficiencies, and follow up on action items.
- Define and monitor progress against annual goals; facilitate discussions toward clear outcomes, decisions, and accountabilities.
- Project management for key initiatives; work with OOC members to maintain speed and ensure expected outcomes are driven throughout the team.
- Handle confidential information; participate in brainstorming sessions; challenge status quo and ensure milestones progress as planned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
- Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience.
- Ability to synthesize complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Strong customer focus, negotiation and influencing, project management, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, customer orientation, and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership and influencing competencies with global or multi-sector experience.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization and execute in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion; intellectual curiosity and learning agility.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction; strong verbal and written communication skills across various media.
- Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable to shifting priorities; diplomatic in ambiguity.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.

- Location: Santa Clara, CA; up to 20% travel (international and domestic).
