Shift Details:
- Schedule: Alternating schedule, Monday–Thursday one week; Tuesday–Friday the following week
- Hours: 10-hour shifts

About This Role:
As a Senior Manufacturing Technician, you will support manufacturing and laboratory operations by ensuring equipment reliability and performance. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and partner with engineering and validation teams to maintain a safe, compliant, efficient GMP environment. Contribute to operational continuity and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and laboratory equipment per site procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime
- Create and execute work orders while ensuring safety and compliance
- Support validation and engineering activities as needed
- Author and update SOPs, job plans, and LOTO documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Identify equipment improvement opportunities (including spare parts optimization and maintenance program enhancements)
- Maintain accurate documentation within CMMS systems

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 4+ years’ experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (biotech, pharma, or related)
- Hands-on experience with centrifuges, bioreactors, and/or CIP skids
- Cleanroom experience
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and system safety controls
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience using CMMS systems
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, extended hours, and weekends
- Physical requirements: climb ladders, work in tight spaces, lift/move up to 50 lbs; stand up to 3 hours in gowning-required cleanroom environments

Preferred Skills:
- Experience authoring SOPs and preventative maintenance procedures
- Strong GxP knowledge
- Experience with validation and engineering support activities
