Sr. Manufacturing Technician – Manufacturing Maintenance

Role: Senior Manufacturing Technician supporting GMP manufacturing and laboratory operations in a biotech environment. Objectives include ensuring equipment reliability through preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting validation activities. Key qualifications: high school diploma, at least 4 years of GMP-regulated industry experience, hands-on experience with biotech equipment, and familiarity with cleanroom protocols. Preferred skills include SOP authoring, GxP knowledge, and validation support. Experience with bioreactor systems, safety practices, and engineering support are advantageous. The role demands physical ability to work in controlled environments, support rotating shifts, and handle equipment up to 50 lbs.
