Sr. Manufacturing Associate I, Label & Packaging

Role: Sr. Manufacturing Associate I, Drug Product Label & Packaging supporting cGMP operations for Moderna’s parenteral products (vials, prefilled syringes). Responsibilities: independently execute routine and complex packaging tasks, lead line setup, changeovers, and line readiness; ensure label control, reconciliation, and accurate documentation (ALCOA+); support troubleshooting, deviations, and investigations; train and coach peers; maintain compliance with safety and GxP standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA/QC, Engineering, Supply Chain); participate in continuous improvement; work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 3-5 years GMP manufacturing or regulated operations experience, packaging/labeling expertise preferred, strong documentation and troubleshooting skills, physical ability to lift ~35 lbs, comfortable in controlled environments. Preferred: knowledge of cGMP, ALCOA+, electronic systems, attention to detail, and team-oriented communication. High-value: experience in biologics or parenteral manufacturing, sterile labeling/packaging, compliance with quality standards, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated biotech setting. Location: flexible shifts, including off-hours, weekends, and overtime. Salary: $74,000–$118,400, with potential bonuses or incentives.
