Primary responsibilities:
- Manage the GxP Quality Training program; guide/evaluate LMS training design and architecture.
- Create/revise role-based curricula aligned to functional responsibilities.
- Onboard new employees: facilitate Quality onboarding training, verify LMS account creation, and assign curricula.
- Collaborate with SMEs to create/revise training SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
- Design and produce digital learning resources (web-based training, videos, interactive modules).
- Co-create/curate self-paced multimedia assets (e.g., courses, programs, virtual/mixed reality).
- Advise SMEs on content conceptualization/sharing; provide training/support for LMS use.
- Develop training material using instructional design principles; facilitate GxP training as needed.
- Oversee training compliance, publish training reports, and escalate issues.
- Support cross-functional LMS upgrades/change management; support closure of Quality System records.
- Support initiatives to improve training program/LMS/content; support QMR effectiveness content.
- Support audits/regulatory inspections with training documentation; respond to training inquiries.
- Ensure compliance for resumes/CVs, signature ID cards, and job descriptions; manage Annual GxP refresher training content.
Qualifications/skills:
- Knowledge of GxP/Quality Systems per US/EU and other relevant regulations.
- Strong instructional/digital training design ability (storytelling, visual detail) and translation of technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Organization; ability to train one-on-one and in groups; independent work; excellent written/verbal and cross-functional communication; adult learning and instructional design proficiency; continuous improvement mindset.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience administering an LMS; training program administration in life sciences or other highly regulated industry.
Education/experience:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Manager: 2+ years instructional design/scripting + 2+ years digital learning formats + 2+ years adult learning theory/design.
- Sr. Manager: 6+ years in the same areas.
