Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery of MarTech and omnichannel capabilities within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring predictable execution via PI Planning, PI objectives, backlog readiness, and dependency management.
- Translate marketing, data, and compliance needs into epics, features, and stories to maximize business value.
- Partner with omnichannel, brand, analytics, and technology teams to enable personalized, always-on engagement across HCP and/or patient journeys.
- Own and prioritize work connecting marketing data foundations to activation for segmentation, personalization, decisioning, and measurement.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and governance teams to align data models, KPIs, and data availability with roadmap commitments.
- Embed marketing consent and preferences end-to-end across MarTech and data workflows (ingestion through activation and reporting).
- Deliver consent-by-design solutions with privacy, legal, and compliance for compliant email, SMS, web, CRM, and digital engagement.
- Represent marketing data and consent requirements in SAFe ceremonies and sequence foundational work with MarTech delivery.
- Identify delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and trade-offs; resolve with Product Managers and the RTE.
- Operate autonomously and escalate risks with clear options and recommendations.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years in Biopharma.
- Experience delivering MarTech and omnichannel capabilities in an enterprise, regulated environment.
- Strong MarTech domain knowledge (marketing automation, CRM, web, content, decisioning).
- Deep marketing data expertise (sourcing, modeling, governance, segmentation, personalization, activation).
- Experience with marketing data foundations/enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
- Hands-on marketing consent and preference management; strong understanding of opt-in/opt-out and channel-specific consent.
- Hands-on SAFe delivery leadership (ART/PI Planning/execution/backlog readiness/dependency management).
- Proven Product Owner/delivery leadership translating needs into epics/features/stories.
- Cross-functional stakeholder leadership bridging marketing, data, IT, legal, and compliance.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 360-degree marketing data initiatives (e.g., HCP 360/Patient 360/Customer Data Foundations).
- Familiarity with data activation patterns into MarTech (automation/CRM/decision engines).
- Knowledge of omnichannel measurement/analytics (engagement metrics, attribution considerations, learning agendas, KPI definitions).
