Job Description
- Leading workstreams for the Gilead Vault Clinical implementation in collaboration with the Line Manager
- Conducting day-to-day operational activities for Veeva Vault Clinical support according to agreed business processes
- Contributing to workshops for problem solving
- Supporting Change Control, Configuration Management, and governance activities (e.g., Data Stewardship and Governance)
- Maintaining the Vault Clinical SharePoint site (SharePoint Online skills essential)
- Maintaining the business operations user manual
- Business admin of the Vault Clinical system using agreed business operational processes and procedures
- Participating in end user testing and end-to-end testing from a user perspective
- Participating in end user office hours; preparing FAQs and recommendations for operational change management activities

Required Knowledge/Skills
Technical
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong technical ability with SharePoint and project repositories; SharePoint Online skills
System Operational Support
- Ability to work independently without micro-management; iterative work style
- Excellent organization; ability to manage multiple tasks to tight timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong attention to detail
Interpersonal
- Strong change champion; understanding of change management strategies
- Team-oriented; strong leadership presence; able to lead without authority

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years’ experience, OR Master’s degree + 6 years’ experience, OR Ph.D.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant technical team/operational support
- 4+ years project management/process improvement; 2+ years Clinical Operations experience
- Experience across therapeutic areas and drug development stages is a plus

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $169,320.00 - $219,120.00; may be eligible for annual bonus, stock-based incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
